Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence and drive measurable growth across all key channels. You will plan, execute, and optimise campaigns on social media, paid advertising, SEO, email, content, and website performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Manage organic and paid channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Google, email campaigns, and website content.
• Create and schedule engaging content such as posts, videos, reels, blogs, and promotional materials.
• Leverage AI content creation tools for planning, copywriting, visual ideas, and marketing automation.
• Oversee social media calendars, community engagement, platform growth, and performance tracking.
• Run paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads and optimise spend.
• Execute SEO strategies, keyword planning, and organic traffic growth.
• Produce high‑quality visual and video assets using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.
• Analyse campaign data, prepare reports and make data‑driven decisions to improve reach, leads and conversions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a senior or managerial role.
• Proven track record managing integrated digital strategies across social, paid, SEO and email channels.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimise performance.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of digital trends, platform algorithms and AI marketing tools.
