Digital Marketing & Growth Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to build and scale AKARA’s online presence. The role combines strategic planning, hands‑on execution and team coordination to turn social media and the website into a reliable growth engine for our luxury real‑estate brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AKARA’s social‑media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and drive follower, engagement and lead growth through organic and paid tactics.
• Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns listings, lifestyle, education and brand storytelling while ensuring consistency in tone and quality.
• Coordinate designers, video editors, photographers and external partners, establishing workflows, calendars and approval processes.
• Guide website structure, oversee on‑page SEO, local SEO and collaborate with SEM specialists or agencies to align ads, social and site into a single funnel.
• Identify inefficiencies in digital workflows, recommend tools or automations and move marketing from manual execution to scalable systems.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of hands‑on digital marketing or social‑media experience, preferably with brands in growth mode.
• Proven ability to connect content, platforms and data to measurable business outcomes.
• Comfortable leading people, vendors and cross‑functional processes.
• Structured, proactive mindset with ownership of end‑to‑end execution.
