Digital Marketing Executive – Senior Role

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to lead our online presence across multiple platforms. You will shape and execute strategies that drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions for a high‑engagement lifestyle and retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies on Meta, Instagram, TikTok, the corporate website and other digital channels.
• Plan, manage and optimise paid campaigns, monitor budgets, performance metrics and conversions to maximise ROI.
• Increase website traffic and conversions through SEO, content optimisation and site performance improvements.
• Create and maintain content calendars, schedule posts and coordinate with external agencies for content production.
• Manage online communities, respond to comments, messages and reviews, and extract insights to boost brand engagement.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers, digital partners and content creators to extend campaign reach.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing and social‑media management.
• Experience with consumer‑focused, retail, lifestyle, hospitality or entertainment brands is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field; professional qualifications such as CIM/SLIM are valued.
• Strong practical experience with Meta, Instagram, TikTok, paid campaigns, content planning, SEO and website optimisation.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends and holidays for events and special activations.
