Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

The Digital Marketing Executive is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Pilimathalawa. You will manage ecommerce platforms, optimise product listings, pricing and promotions, and lead paid media campaigns to drive a seamless customer experience and maximise ROI across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise ecommerce platforms, including product listings, content updates, pricing and promotional activities.
• Plan, execute and monitor paid media campaigns across relevant digital channels, adjusting strategies based on performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing, design and sales teams to align messaging, develop targeted campaigns and support overall brand objectives.

Required profile

• Strong media planning skills with proven experience managing paid media campaigns.
• Excellent communication and writing abilities for clear, persuasive brand‑aligned messaging.
• Experience in social media marketing and social media optimisation (SMO) to grow and engage digital audiences.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and basic analytics tools.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Pilimathalawa and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field is beneficial; prior ecommerce or digital marketing experience is an advantage.
