Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Rubiq is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join its on‑site team in Colombo. You will design, launch, and optimise data‑driven campaigns that boost brand visibility, engagement and conversions for both client and internal projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social, search and display channels.
• Create, edit and publish web content that aligns with brand voice and SEO best practices.
• Track performance using web analytics tools and generate regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to refine strategies and maintain content calendars.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging digital trends, platform updates and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong written communication skills for clear, engaging brand‑aligned content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work effectively in an on‑site team.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is preferred.
