Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Executive to join our fast‑paced team. The role focuses on driving digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels, increasing brand awareness, and generating qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies on social media, email, web and other platforms.
• Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging, audience‑focused material.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, schedule posts, engage followers and analyse performance.
• Research market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences to inform strategy.
• Execute lead‑generation campaigns, track conversions and measure effectiveness.
• Work closely with sales, product development and customer success teams to ensure alignment.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest digital marketing tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and content management, preferably from an advertising agency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Analytics.
• Proficiency with Google Ads.
• Experience using major social media platforms for business.
• Basic web design and development knowledge.
• Google Ads Certification (preferred).
• Google Analytics Individual Qualification (preferred).
• HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification (preferred).
