Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

The Digital Marketing Executive will lead online campaigns to attract prospective students and raise the profile of Cambridge School of Business and Technology. Working on‑site in Negombo, you will combine creative content production with data‑driven optimisation to support enrolment goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor daily digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms to drive student enrollments and brand awareness.
• Create and schedule engaging, platform‑specific content (graphics, short‑form videos, and text) targeted at prospective students.
• Analyse campaign performance metrics and optimise advertising spend to ensure high ROI and a steady stream of quality leads.
• Maintain and update the campus website and social media profiles, ensuring all course information and promotional materials are accurate and up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or professional diploma in Digital Marketing, Business Management, IT, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
• Strong written communication skills for crafting engaging ad copy and captions.
