Digital Marketing Executive – Drive Brand Growth

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute Emerald’s online marketing initiatives, boosting brand awareness, engagement and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms.
• Manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely publishing.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, photographers, videographers and internal teams.
• Set up, monitor and optimise paid advertising campaigns.
• Track digital performance, budgets and key KPIs.
• Support emerald.lk with campaigns, promotions, product launches and other digital activities.
• Identify digital trends, content opportunities and new platforms relevant to Emerald.
• Conduct competitor and market research.
• Coordinate influencer and creator collaborations when required.
• Prepare regular digital performance reports and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in fashion, retail or e‑commerce.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Understanding of performance marketing, social media and e‑commerce.
• Good analytical, communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work independently.
• Creative mindset with a good understanding of current digital trends.
