Digital Marketing Executive - Client Services

About the role

Our client is a leading digital and creative agency working with local and global brands. They are looking for a Digital Executive – Client Service to join their team and support the planning, execution, and coordination of digital marketing campaigns while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and web platforms.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, objectives, and campaign needs.
• Work closely with content, creative, and production teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and support reporting, optimization, and insights generation.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, platforms, and industry developments.
• Coordinate multiple campaigns and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Support the team in achieving campaign performance objectives and maintaining quality standards.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in digital marketing.
• Previous experience working in a digital agency (mandatory).
• Strong interest and passion for digital media and marketing.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, self‑motivated approach.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Facebook/Meta Ads.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads.
• Familiarity with digital analytics tools.
