Digital Marketing Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Associate to join ReapDigital, a performance‑first agency serving international e‑commerce brands. You will work on paid‑media campaigns, analytics reporting, SEO support and emerging AI workflow automation, collaborating directly with senior team members from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Performance Max and Display.
• Build and manage ad sets, audiences and creative variants; troubleshoot platform issues.
• Support influencer and UGC‑based campaigns on Meta.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews, flag anomalies and draft optimisation recommendations.
• Maintain performance dashboards in Looker Studio linked to GA4, Google Ads and Meta data.
• Assist with GA4 implementation, event tracking via Google Tag Manager and data extraction in BigQuery.
• Prepare client‑facing weekly and monthly reports with clear insight narratives.
• Support on‑page SEO tasks, keyword research, content briefs and technical SEO reviews.
• Contribute to AI workflow automation initiatives using tools such as Markifact.
• Present performance insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads (internship or agency experience acceptable).
• Working knowledge of GA4 and ability to navigate reports and event data.
• Comfortable reading Looker Studio dashboards and BigQuery tables.
• Strong written communication for client‑facing summaries.
