Digital & Laser Machine Operator

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Digital & Laser Machine Operator to run our digital printing and laser cutting equipment, ensuring high‑quality output and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Operate digital printing and laser cutting machines efficiently and safely.
• Perform routine inspections, calibrations and basic maintenance on equipment.
• Prepare and edit artwork files using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or CorelDRAW.
• Coordinate with Design and Production teams to guarantee colour accuracy and print quality.
• Ensure all work meets customer specifications and internal quality standards.
• Suggest creative improvements for product development and production processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating digital printing or laser cutting machines.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or CorelDRAW.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of machine setup, calibration and maintenance.
