Digital Growth Specialist Trainee (Full‑time)

About the role

Enhanzer is seeking a motivated Digital Growth Specialist Trainee to join its Growth and Marketing team in Negombo. This full‑time, on‑site position goes beyond basic social media duties, offering hands‑on experience in building the company’s digital presence, creating engaging content, and supporting lead‑generation campaigns for AI‑powered SaaS products.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule posts, graphics, short videos, and articles for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Maintain a consistent content calendar and support product, customer, event, and recruitment communications.
• Assist with digital marketing initiatives, including LinkedIn brand‑building, email newsletters, and product updates.
• Manage contact lists, audience segments, and campaign execution using HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
• Support website content, blogs, landing pages, and basic SEO efforts.
• Track performance of social media, website, email, and campaigns; prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Collaborate with management and internal teams, using AI tools for research, design, and campaign optimisation.

Required profile

• Certificate, diploma, undergraduate degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, Multimedia or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, branding and content creation.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Creative, organized, proactive and able to meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Canva, CapCut or Adobe design tools.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEO, Google Analytics or Meta Business Suite.
• Experience creating short videos, graphics and written content for social platforms.
