Digital Creative Designer – Remote (4+ yrs experience)

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Creative Designer to transform ideas into engaging digital experiences for our gamification, loyalty and rewards platforms. The role is fully remote and requires a strong visual portfolio and at least four years of professional design experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design gamified and interactive experiences, including UI screens, landing pages and digital campaigns.
• Create characters, illustrations, icons and game elements that enhance user engagement.
• Produce social and marketing creatives, GIFs and animations that capture attention.
• Develop visual concepts for rewards, vouchers and loyalty journeys.

Required profile

• Strong visual eye with excellent sense of typography, colour, composition and hierarchy.
• Ability to turn rough ideas into polished, fun and engaging digital experiences.
• Curiosity to experiment with emerging AI and design technologies.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable collaborating remotely.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and related tools.
• AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Recraft or Adobe Firefly.
• Figma for UI design, layout and prototyping.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Runway, Spline or Canva (optional).
