Design Intern – Marketing & Communications

About the role

KPMG Sri Lanka is seeking a Design Intern to support its Marketing and Communications team. The role offers hands‑on experience creating visual content across digital and print channels while learning the firm’s global brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of marketing and communication materials across digital and print platforms.
• Assist in creating visual content for social media, corporate events, presentations and internal communications.
• Maintain consistency with KPMG’s global brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Collaborate on design projects, receiving feedback and gaining practical experience.

Required profile

• Students or recent graduates with an interest in graphic design; no prior work experience required.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Understanding of design principles, layout, typography and visual composition.
• Creative mindset, willingness to learn, attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
