Deputy Head of Project Execution

About the role

We are seeking a Deputy Head of Project Execution to take full ownership of our existing MEP projects and drive them to on‑time completion, ensuring efficient use of resources with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deputise for the Head of Project Execution across all MEP project delivery.
• Manage Project Managers and site teams to achieve budget, scope, quality and deadline targets.
• Control costs, risks, QA/QC processes and subcontractor performance.
• Oversee billing, cash flow and maintain client satisfaction for repeat business.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering (PMP / PRINCE2 a plus).
• 8+ years of experience in MEP project execution, including large multi‑disciplinary projects.
• Proven ability to run multiple projects simultaneously and lead technical teams.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and results‑oriented mindset.
