Deputy General Manager – Business Transformation

About the role

As Deputy General Manager – Business Transformation you will head a team of over ten specialists to analyse, redesign and automate end‑to‑end value streams, turning identified opportunities into measurable efficiency gains.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Business Excellence team of analysts, project managers and quality specialists.
• Conduct detailed end‑to‑end process studies, map current‑state operations and quantify effort, cost and resource consumption.
• Design and document future‑state value streams, identifying waste elimination, duplication removal and standardisation opportunities.
• Build ROI models and business cases to prioritise initiatives and secure stakeholder buy‑in.
• Translate improvement concepts into software requirements, wireframes and user stories for technology delivery.
• Oversee the design, development and rollout of RPA bots, AI solutions, automated workflows and interactive dashboards.
• Apply hands‑on data analytics to model, visualise and interpret operational data, fostering a data‑driven culture.
• Govern enterprise‑wide Lean, Six Sigma (DMAIC/DMADV) and Kaizen deployments aligned with client SLAs and KPIs.
• Serve as senior Business Excellence liaison for key clients and executives, presenting transformation dashboards and ensuring risk compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale business transformation or process‑excellence programmes.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) or equivalent qualification.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to build ROI and business case models.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management at executive level.
