About the role

We are looking for a motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at Radisson Blu Hotel Galadari Colombo. In this position you will support daily kitchen operations, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of à la carte dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen and workstations.
• Support stock control, monitor inventory levels and help minimise food waste.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver consistent, high‑quality food that enhances guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and uphold the restaurant’s quality standards.
