About the role
We are looking for an energetic Debt Collector to join our finance team in Colombo. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent school graduates who are eager to start a career in collections and customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments and collections.
- Assist in gathering and submitting payment‑related documents.
- Perform basic administrative and office tasks within the collections department.
- Travel to client or customer locations in Colombo and its suburbs to deliver or collect documents and handle payment matters.
- Maintain accurate records of collections, documents, and client follow‑ups.
- Support the team with additional administrative duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Fresh graduates or school leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Possession of a motorbike and a valid riding licence.
- Willingness and ability to travel within Colombo and surrounding areas.
- Ability to work independently and visit clients/customers when required.
