Deal Maker – Travel Partnerships

About the role

Blue Lotus Vacations UK is seeking a Deal Maker to join its Dehiwala office. The role focuses on creating and securing attractive travel offers and partnerships with hotels, airlines and other service providers, supporting the company’s mission to deliver unique travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Research market opportunities and identify potential partners in the travel and hospitality sectors.
• Negotiate and structure deals that balance profitability with customer expectations.
• Prepare proposals, contracts and pricing models for new offers.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing and operations teams to align deals with brand standards.
• Monitor deal performance, analyse data and adjust agreements to improve margins and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a focus on mutually beneficial agreements.
• Experience in business development or relationship management, preferably within travel, hospitality or tourism.
• Analytical mindset with capability in pricing analysis, basic financial evaluation and market research.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
