Data QA Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Data QA Lead to own quality assurance across our data initiatives. The role ensures data accuracy, completeness, and integrity throughout the entire data lifecycle, working closely with engineering and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead QA activities for data projects and enhancements.
• Create, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases and test plans.
• Perform both manual and automated testing of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehouses.
• Validate data accuracy, completeness, and integrity using strong SQL skills.
• Identify defects, conduct root‑cause analysis, and support timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards.
• Drive test automation initiatives and continuous quality improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Testing.
• Proven experience in both manual and automation testing.
• Strong background in testing data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses.
• Excellent SQL and data validation capabilities.
• Experience working closely with data engineering teams.
