Data Analyst

About the role

Michelin, the worldwide leader in tires, is seeking a Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and use data to support business steering, decision‑making, and value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, structure and prepare data required for analysis and reporting.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, relationships and performance indicators.
• Build dashboards, reports and visualisations to communicate insights to business stakeholders.
• Provide data‑based recommendations to improve activities, services, processes and business performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of data processes and share good practices internally.
• Develop and manage data sources such as SQL databases, SharePoint repositories and other platforms.
• Apply Michelin data governance, ethics, security, quality, integrity and confidentiality requirements.
• Contribute to advanced analytics and AI‑based initiatives in manufacturing operations.

Required profile

• BSc/BEng in Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent qualification.
• 3‑4 years of data analytics or related technical experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Business Intelligence solutions such as Power BI and the M365 platform.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work independently.
