About the role

Simplebooks simplifies business management for owners across South Asia, offering services such as company registration, bookkeeping, payroll, taxes, and legal support. As a Customer Support Associate you will assist clients through various communication channels, providing guidance and ensuring their tasks stay on track.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients by answering general inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Support senior team members in coordinating client tasks and follow‑ups.
• Provide clear, basic guidance to clients on service processes.
• Follow up on client tasks to ensure they are on track.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely updates.
• Address walk‑in clients, offering initial assistance and directing them appropriately.
• Help with routine administrative tasks related to customer support.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil, both verbal and written.
• Friendly, patient, and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Basic organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to providing good service.
• Ability to follow instructions and ask for support when needed.
• Strong team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
