Customer Services and Operations Executive

About the role

As a Customer Services and Operations Executive you will be the main point of contact for processing sales orders, coordinating shipments and ensuring smooth logistics for our technical textile products. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to guarantee timely delivery and high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, validate and process customer sales orders in SAP.
• Coordinate same‑day shipment requests and monitor order fulfillment.
• Track product availability, manage distribution priorities and logistics.
• Handle pro‑forma invoices, triangular shipments and subcontractor‑related orders.
• Verify customer credit limits and liaise with Accounts Receivable.
• Monitor order portfolio, shipment arrivals and delivery schedules.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers, reconfirm delivery dates and provide required compliance documentation.
• Issue and manage credit/debit notes and other customer documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
• Experience in customer service and order management.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP HANA is an advantage.
