Customer Service Specialist

About the role

The Customer Service Specialist will provide high‑quality support to internal and external customers across the EMEA region. You will manage inquiries, process orders in the ERP system and ensure accurate information on product availability and delivery timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Respond professionally to customer calls, emails and service requests.
• Enter and track customer orders through the ERP system from receipt to delivery.
• Provide up‑to‑date information on product availability, lead times and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, credits, returns and related documentation.
• Resolve order‑related issues promptly and coordinate with sales and internal teams.
• Participate in customer meetings and team discussions to improve service delivery.
• Perform additional tasks as required by business needs.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, International Business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer service, order management or sales coordination.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
