About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Galle and involves delivering high‑quality support across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and support to customers.
• Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and a positive experience.
• Communicate with customers in person, by phone, and through other channels.
• Accurately record all customer interactions and transactions.
