Customer Service Executive (Female)

About the role

SRITRIMS (FAR EAST) LIMITED is seeking a Female Customer Service Executive to join its apparel accessories business. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring timely delivery of buttons, zippers, beads and related items.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with sales, production and logistics teams to resolve issues and guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the company database.
• Provide product guidance to help customers select appropriate garment accessories.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback and work with management to improve service.

Required profile

• Freshers are welcome; a minimum of 1 year experience in customer service within the apparel manufacturing sector is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and proactive approach.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
