Customer Service Consultant (Executive)

About the role

Join Intrepid Travel’s Customer Service team as the first point of contact for global travellers using Live Chat. You will guide customers through decision‑making, maximise sales of Intrepid Group products and handle both pre‑booking and post‑booking enquiries. The role also involves processing web bookings and ensuring a seamless reservation experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via Live Chat, providing accurate information and advice.
• Promote and maximise sales of all Intrepid Group products.
• Support direct customers and travel agents throughout the pre‑booking and post‑booking process.
• Action web bookings and enter reservations in the booking system.
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy and time‑management to deliver an exceptional booking experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably telephone, Live Chat or web‑based.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to provide professional advice.
• High level of accuracy and effective time‑management skills.
• Travel‑industry training or experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with computer‑based booking systems.
