Customer Growth Manager

About the role

The Wearables and Growth Platforms team at Wavetec is looking for a Customer Growth Manager to drive international B2B revenue expansion for its health‑tech and wearable solutions. You will own growth targets, nurture long‑term client relationships and translate market insights into measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver against agreed revenue targets, reporting progress to leadership on a regular basis.
• Achieve a 20% year‑on‑year expansion revenue target across existing and new international accounts.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within each account.
• Prepare, negotiate and manage proposals, contracts and renewals from draft to signature.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key decision‑makers to assess performance and uncover new growth opportunities.
• Maintain high customer‑satisfaction scores and act swiftly on any risks.
• Provide market, competitor and client feedback to product, sales and leadership teams.

Required profile

• BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Commerce or related field.
• 5‑7+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management or revenue operations.
• Proven track record of delivering upsell revenue and pipeline growth.
• Experience managing international accounts across different time zones and cultures.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to explain complex solutions simply.
