About the role
Startek® Sri Lanka is seeking Call Center Executives for its Banking sector operations. You will join Startek’s Sri Lanka delivery campus, a leading global provider of technology‑enabled business process outsourcing solutions. The centre supports more than 150 clients across various industries, handling over half a billion customer interactions each year. In this role you will provide frontline support to banking customers, answering their queries and assisting with service requests.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions for banking sector clients.
- Provide assistance in English, Sinhala or Tamil as required.
Required profile
- Passed G.C.E. O/L with a “C” pass for Mathematics and English subjects.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala or Tamil.
- Transport will be provided after 9:00 PM within a 20 km radius.
