Customer Care Coordinator

About the role

The Customer Care Coordinator will join Wintergreen Home Nursing’s call centre team to deliver outstanding service to clients. This role requires a proactive, customer‑first mindset and the ability to manage both inbound and outbound communications efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Identify and troubleshoot customer concerns, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the system for accurate tracking and follow‑up.
• Ensure all queries are resolved and collect feedback to improve service quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience and streamline processes.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 + year experience in customer service or call centre operations.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala; Tamil knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple calls while maintaining time efficiency.
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with call centre software.
