Creative Producer / Video Editor

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative Creative Producer and Video Editor to own the full lifecycle of podcast and video projects. You will guide each episode from guest research and recording preparation through multi‑camera editing, short‑form repurposing, written assets, publishing, and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creative process from concept to final delivery across YouTube, podcast platforms, social media, and client websites.
• Perform multi‑camera editing, pacing, story structuring, audio post‑production, colour correction, graphics, and sponsor integration.
• Create short‑form vertical content and thumbnail assets for social channels.
• Write audience‑focused copy, metadata, and SEO‑friendly descriptions.
• Publish and optimise content on YouTube, Instagram, and podcast services, then analyse performance metrics.
• Maintain a high‑quality gatekeeping standard and ensure consistent delivery timelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience producing and personally editing professional long‑form video or podcast content.
• Strong editorial judgement, audience awareness, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and spoken English with the capacity to edit nuanced conversations.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple assets and deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Professional audio editing and mastering capabilities.
• Colour correction/grade, graphics integration, and sponsor insertion.
• Adobe Photoshop and Canva for thumbnails and social graphics.
• YouTube and Instagram publishing, optimisation, and analytics.
• Reliable cloud‑based file management and project‑management workflows.
• Familiarity with Podbean, Spotify for Creators, Apple Podcasts, LinkedIn, and TikTok (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, content management systems, and email newsletters.
