Creative Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Designer to lead projects from brief to delivery across print, digital and motion, ensuring high‑quality output with minimal supervision. You will mentor junior designers, collaborate with account stakeholders, and support multiple brands within our group.

Key responsibilities

• Translate briefs into original, on‑brand concepts for campaigns, social, print, packaging and digital.
• Develop brand identities, guidelines and toolkits, maintaining consistency across touchpoints.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery on assigned accounts, managing scope, timelines, milestones and handovers.
• Prepare print‑ready files, dielines, spot colours and finishes; coordinate with printers and review proofs.
• Guide junior designers on craft, workflows and standards; conduct design reviews.
• Use project trackers (e.g., Trello, Google Sheets) and follow internal SOPs for briefs, reviews and approvals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.
• Proven experience in creative design and branding, preferably in an agency environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
