Creative Content Creator – Social Media & Digital

About the role

We are seeking a creative Content Creator to produce engaging visual and written assets for our social media, in‑app communications, and digital marketing campaigns. The role supports brand awareness, customer engagement and the execution of marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual and written content for social media, in‑app communications, campaigns and promotions.
• Develop creative concepts while maintaining brand consistency.
• Write and proofread content in Sinhala and English.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Product and Performance Marketing teams.
• Review content performance and optimise based on engagement insights.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communication or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, graphic design or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and copywriting abilities.
• Proficiency in Sinhala and English communication.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, content formats and trends.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
