Costing Executive

About the role

The Costing Executive will support LUMALApioneers’ rapid growth by calculating and analysing product costs across our bicycle, e‑bike, and three‑wheel vehicle portfolio. You will work closely with production, procurement and finance teams to ensure accurate cost data and identify savings opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and calculate product and service costs, including materials, labour and overhead.
• Analyse cost components and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Support budgeting and cost‑control activities.
• Manage inventory and stock costing, ensuring accurate cost reports.
• Coordinate with production and procurement to track manufacturing costs.
• Maintain proper documentation for costing records and ensure compliance with company policies and audit standards.
• Ensure accuracy of financial and cost‑related information in ERP and other data systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Management or Economics.
• 1–3 years of experience in costing, accounting or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting and cost control.
• Understanding of inventory and production costing.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
