Corporate Sales Manager - Insurance

About the role

Asia Corp Insurance Brokers is seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to lead its corporate insurance sales in Colombo. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on acquiring new corporate clients, delivering tailored insurance solutions and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new corporate leads across various industries.
• Prepare and present customized insurance proposals that match client risk profiles.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle, including policy placement, renewals and claim support.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partner insurers to ensure smooth policy issuance.
• Monitor sales performance, maintain accurate pipeline reports and contribute to sales strategy development.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes and product developments to advise clients effectively.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate insurance sales or broking, preferably within the Sri Lankan market.
• Strong background in account management, lead generation and sales operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a target‑driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Insurance or related field; professional certifications are a plus.
