Corporate Partnerships Executive

About the role

The Corporate Partnerships Executive will manage end‑to‑end relationships with corporate partners for World Vision Lanka. Reporting to the Partnership Specialist – Corporate, the role focuses on nurturing existing partnerships, identifying strategic growth opportunities, and acquiring new corporate supporters to advance the organization’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic plan to approach potential partners and increase corporate collaborations.
• Work with Technical, Operations and Finance teams to create concept notes and proposals that meet CSR requirements.
• Identify funding opportunities, submit timely proposals, and monitor project implementation and reporting.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle, ensuring contractual milestones are met and partners receive regular progress updates.
• Chair meetings with corporate donors and internal staff to discuss proposals, progress, risks and issues.
• Lead negotiations during proposal development and project execution, and coordinate with the communications team to produce and disseminate World Vision materials.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in corporate partnerships, CSR projects or related marketing/management roles.
• Degree in Marketing, Business Economics, Management, Development, Non‑profit Management or a related field.
• Strong relationship‑management and proposal‑writing abilities.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; knowledge of Sinhala and/or Tamil is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 % of the time.
