Corporate Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a finance professional to lead group financial reporting, annual report preparation and audit finalisation for Hemas Group. The role will drive financial excellence across the organization and support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group financial reporting, annual report preparation and external audit finalisation.
• Oversee preparation of group budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with internal teams to drive climate and sustainability reporting.
• Collaborate with business units to strengthen SAP‑driven finance processes.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Member of CA Sri Lanka, CIMA or ACCA (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Minimum 5+ years’ managerial experience in financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP.
• Excellent analytical, financial report writing and stakeholder management skills.
