Conveyancer – Associate/Junior Associate (UK Property Law)

About the role

Imperial Advisors is looking for a motivated Conveyancer to handle day‑to‑day residential conveyancing tasks for UK property transactions. You will work from our Kohuwala office, aligning your schedule with UK business hours to ensure smooth case progression and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts, ensuring legal compliance.
• Conduct due diligence by reviewing title deeds, searches, and mortgage offers.
• Respond to client and third‑party legal enquiries promptly.
• Coordinate exchange and completion of property transactions.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail and meet the firm’s Service Standards.
• Stay updated on changes in UK property law and regulations.

Required profile

• LLB or equivalent legal qualification.
• Previous experience in UK residential conveyancing protocols.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Comfortable communicating with clients and stakeholders in a UK legal context.
