Content Marketer – Creative Storytelling & Campaign Lead

About the role

STEM Link is looking for a passionate Content Marketer to elevate its brand, storytelling and campaign execution. You will work directly with the founders, enjoying high autonomy and ownership while shaping the narrative of Sri Lanka’s largest tech‑education bootcamp.

Key responsibilities

• Research emerging tech‑education trends, career pathways and AI developments to inform content strategy.
• Define product positioning and craft compelling narratives for program launches.
• Design and maintain multi‑channel content calendars, rollout plans and repeatable playbooks.
• Write elite video scripts, social captions, landing‑page copy and high‑impact campaign hooks.
• Translate complex technical concepts into digestible, engaging content formats.
• Provide visual briefs, review edits, posters, reels and ensure brand‑voice consistency.
• Build reusable frameworks for short‑form video, hook formulas and launch playbooks.

Required profile

• Strong storytelling instincts with a keen eye for digital trends.
• Ability to work independently, experiment quickly and deliver visible impact.
• Excellent written communication and a talent for simplifying technical ideas.
• Comfort with fast‑paced, hybrid work environment and close collaboration with founders.
