Content Creator – Hybrid (Reels, Design, Account Management)

About the role

Growth Inc. Digital is seeking a versatile Content Creator to work across a diverse portfolio of client brands. Based in Colombo, this hybrid position blends short‑form video production, on‑camera presentation, and light design and copy tasks while also handling day‑to‑day account management.

Key responsibilities

• Concept and produce reel‑focused content tailored to each brand’s voice.
• Appear on‑camera when the concept requires, and brief the media team on shoot details.
• Support design and copy creation for multi‑format projects.
• Manage client relationships, including approvals, feedback loops, and schedule tracking.
• Present content calendars and creative concepts directly to clients.
• Monitor platform trends and introduce fresh formats before they become stale.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience creating or fronting content for brands or agencies.
• Comfortable on‑camera with strong short‑form instincts (hooks, pacing, trend fluency).
• Ability to switch between concepting, on‑camera work, and light design/copy.
• Confident communicator who can interact directly with clients.
• Portfolio or reel demonstrating a range of brand voices.
