Consultant - Digital Business Architecture (Finance)

About the role

The Consultant – Digital Business Architecture will support finance‑focused process optimisation and digital transformation initiatives across the Brandix group. You will analyse business requirements, map current‑state finance processes and help design digital solutions that deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Work with finance and business stakeholders to understand, document and analyse existing finance processes and pain points.
• Support end‑to‑end process optimisation projects, from requirement gathering and current‑state mapping to solution design, testing and rollout.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate and improve finance processes and quantify expected ROI.
• Assess digital tools and platforms for specific business requirements and link the right tool to the need.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional documentation for technical teams.
• Act as a bridge between business users and implementation teams, ensuring solutions meet objectives.
• Support user training, adoption and change‑management activities.
• Track project deliverables, maintain documentation and keep stakeholders informed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Management.
• Professional finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CA Sri Lanka, CPA) – part‑qualified candidates with strong progress may be considered.
• 3+ years experience in corporate finance, business analytics, corporate planning or management accounting.
• Exposure to process improvement or transformation initiatives is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of core finance processes in a corporate environment.
• Experience contributing to optimisation projects with a focus on ROI.
