Computer Technician - Intern

About the role

The Computer Technician Intern will work on‑site in Dehiwala, providing hands‑on support for hardware and software issues. This full‑time position involves routine maintenance, repairs, and user assistance while adhering to the company’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems for desktops, laptops and peripherals.
• Perform routine computer maintenance and repairs.
• Install, configure and update operating systems and applications.
• Assist users with technical queries and troubleshooting.
• Document service activities and coordinate with the helpdesk and engineering teams.

Required profile

• Strong technical support and help‑desk assistance skills.
• Experience in computer maintenance, repair and on‑site client support.
• Practical knowledge of operating system installation, configuration and updates.
• Relevant IT certification or a diploma in Information Technology, Computer Hardware or a related field.
