Cluster Graphic Designer

About the role

As a Cluster Graphic Designer you will bring the warmth of hospitality to life through visual storytelling. Working within Hilton’s hotel portfolio, you will create and execute a wide range of print and digital assets that enhance guest experiences and reinforce brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling visual concepts that align with marketing goals and corporate brand standards.
• Produce digital and print assets for social media, websites, signage, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure all designs adhere to corporate brand guidelines and restaurant identity standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, events, and other departments to integrate creative elements into hotel initiatives.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept through delivery, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
• Stay current with design trends and apply fresh ideas to keep creative output competitive.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and up‑to‑date knowledge of design trends.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines with excellent organization and communication.
• Alignment with Hilton’s core values: hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency.

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Microsoft Office
• Experience with Mac platform (preferred)
• Knowledge of multimedia and web design (advantage)
• Familiarity with local printing and production suppliers (advantage)
