Clinical Provider – Telehealth (Remote/Flexible)

About the role

You will join Intellect’s telehealth platform as a Clinical Provider, delivering 60‑minute video sessions to support clients’ mental health and personal growth. The role is freelance and flexible, allowing you to set your own business hours while serving clients remotely or onsite when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1‑on‑1 telehealth or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients.
• Address clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and related conditions.
• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to suggest improvements to the program and platform.

Required profile

• Master’s or Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
• Minimum 300 clinical hours post‑master’s degree.
• Ability to communicate in English and the local language.
• Experience in EAP, adult counselling, or managerial coaching is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or other evidence‑based approaches.
• Familiarity with Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Solution‑Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
