About the role
You will be a practitioner on our telehealth platform, providing 60‑minute video sessions to support clients' mental health and personal growth. The role is freelance and remote, with flexible business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver 1‑on‑1 telehealth or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients.
- Manage clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction.
Required profile
- Master or Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
- Minimum 300 clinical hours post‑master’s degree.
- Fluent in English and Sinhalese.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
- Experience with evidence‑based approaches such as Motivational Interviewing, DBT, or SFBT.
