Client Partner - TikTok Ad Sales

About the role

As a Client Partner for TikTok at Aleph, you will be responsible for driving advertising revenue growth across Sri Lanka. You will act as a strategic consultant to agencies and direct advertisers, aligning their business goals with TikTok’s advertising solutions and delivering data‑driven media strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Sell digital advertising solutions to new and existing advertisers, managing a portfolio of TikTok products.
• Build, retain, and expand a strong book of business with top advertisers and media agencies.
• Prospect, source, and close new business opportunities to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Develop long‑term client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Translate client objectives, KPIs, budgets, and target audiences into effective platform‑led solutions.
• Provide strategic guidance on campaign planning, execution, optimisation, and performance measurement.
• Lead onboarding of new advertisers and ensure smooth transition from pre‑sales to activation.
• Identify upsell, cross‑sell, and expansion opportunities to maximise revenue growth.
• Consistently achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and key commercial KPIs.
