Client Acquisition Executive – Sales Development Representative

About the role

Synapse AI Labs is looking for a motivated Client Acquisition Executive to join its sales development team in Sri Lanka. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities for our AI‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Research target markets and identify high‑potential prospects.
• Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email and social channels.
• Schedule meetings or product demos for senior sales colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in the CRM system.
• Nurture early‑stage relationships and gather feedback from prospects.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach messaging.

Required profile

• Strong inside‑sales and lead‑generation experience, especially outbound prospecting.
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and work toward revenue targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with active listening.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on‑site team environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
