Chartered Accountant – Contract/Freelance (Hybrid)

About the role

Win Core Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant to join its finance team on a contract/freelance basis. This hybrid role involves delivering end‑to‑end finance and tax services for multiple BPO clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize accurate financial statements for several client accounts.
• Manage full tax compliance cycles, including VAT and Income Tax return preparation and filing.
• Analyze financial data to deliver actionable strategic advice to clients.
• Streamline accounting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Compile comprehensive year‑end financial packages and coordinate with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant qualification (CA Sri Lanka) – mandatory.
• Proven experience in financial statement preparation, reporting, and Sri Lankan taxation.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic forecasting.
• Experience handling multiple client accounts, preferably within a BPO environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with modern accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks.
• Experience using ERP systems for finance operations.
• Technical expertise in financial statement preparation and tax compliance.
