About the role
The company is seeking a dynamic Channel Sales Manager to lead its Food Service channel. You will be responsible for growing sales within the HORECA segment by working closely with hotels, restaurants and catering firms.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and motivate a HORECA sales team to achieve KPIs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key food‑service customers.
- Provide product solutions such as menu ideas, recipes and promotions tailored to client needs.
- Train, guide and support sales executives to meet company objectives.
- Monitor channel performance and report on sales results.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of managerial experience in HORECA or food‑service sales within a leading FMCG company.
- Proven contacts and selling experience with hotels, restaurants and catering companies.
- Strong leadership, credibility and ability to inspire a team.
- Excellent command of English and Sinhala; Tamil is a plus.
