About the role

The Cashier – Yamaha Operations Division manages and processes customer payments accurately and efficiently while delivering high‑standard customer service. The role handles cash and non‑cash transactions, maintains financial records, reconciles daily collections, and supports smooth showroom and operational activities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Issue receipts, invoices, and maintain proper transaction records.
• Reconcile daily cash collections and prepare cash reports.
• Assist customers with payment‑related inquiries in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and documentation.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of cash and financial information.
• Support showroom and operational activities as required.

Required profile

• G.C.E. A/L qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience in cashiering, customer service, or finance‑related role (advantageous).
• Good numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high accuracy and integrity.
